24 hours before a big launch and its getting dark.
Frustrated, my client tells me:

See, the last launch brought in $50,000. And this one stands to earn even more.
But when the unexpected pops up the night before…
Things get tense.
Dana (my client) is smart, driven, and knows she can’t do everything alone.
So she brought in a VA (what a huge relief!)
But then she realized her processes were splitting at the seams.
The timing was off.
The messaging was off.
Opportunities were about to vanish.
And she found all this out was because her VA was taking some much needed rest. So now Dana had to take the reigns.

Your business is your responsibility.
Even if you pass the responsibility on someone else, you still need to check and make sure it’s running the way you want.
And see this all comes back to MY favorite phrase: “be intentional”.
There are too many details in your course business to leave to chance.
And each phase has it’s own needs.
