Hi - I'm Craig.

I help you make cleaner decisions about what to build, what to fix, and what to ignore.

If you’re tired of good ideas pulling you in too many directions, you’re in the right place.

Read on to find out a bit more about me...

As the squeaky door to our mailbox swung open, I pulled out the only item inside.

I tore open the envelope and looked down at what I was holding. It was a check for $4,200, the first payout from my first online course.

I blinked a few times, walked inside, and showed it to my wife. She looked at it, smiled, and said, “Yeah… you should do more of that.”

That was 2008.

Nearly twenty years later, after creating more than a dozen courses and earning over $2.5M in course profits, I found myself facing a very different moment.

The same publisher who had sent me that first check was now forcing contract renegotiations that would reduce my royalties by 68%.

According to them, I was making too much money.

At that point, the choice became clear. I could continue working harder for diminishing returns, or I could step back and choose a path built on ownership and leverage.

I chose the latter, intentionally.

At its core, what I do today isn’t new. I’ve always been drawn to creating something that didn’t exist before, whether as a software developer, a course creator, a writer, a co-author, or even through music.

What has changed is how I now apply that instinct, both in my own work and in how I support others.

Today, I work with experienced entrepreneurs who have already built something real, but who find themselves stuck between too many good options. The kind of situation where everything looks promising on the surface, yet forward motion feels heavier than it should.

My role isn’t to provide answers off the shelf. It’s to act as a thinking partner. Someone outside the day-to-day of the business who can see patterns clearly, slow the conversation down, and help surface the decisions that truly compound over time.

That way of working tends to produce consistent outcomes.

My clients’ businesses generate between multiple six- and seven-figures in annual revenue. A majority of my work comes through referrals, and many clients choose to engage with me more than once. Not because they need more tactics, but because clarity has a way of changing how everything else fits together.

That first $4,200 check changed my life. What followed taught me something more lasting: success without clarity is fragile.

And if you’re here, I suspect you already know that.

You’ve proven people will pay for what you can do and what you create. You’ve built momentum. And yet, as the business grows, it may feel heavier rather than lighter. Not because you lack discipline or capability, but because there’s no clear outside perspective helping you decide what to focus on, what to stop doing, and what will still matter months down the line.

I believe strong businesses are built the same way good work is built.

With genuine pride in what you create.
With deep respect for the people who trust you.
With decisions that are made for the long term, not the next spike of activity.

And with the humility to let go of ideas that sound smart but don’t truly align.

Equally important, they’re built with enough breathing room to think clearly, rest well, and choose intentionally

My role is to help you see what’s difficult to see from inside the business, and to turn that clarity into a plan that restores momentum and grows profits. Not simply to build a bigger business, but to build one that supports the life you want to lead.

That’s the standard I work from.

And it’s who my work is for.
